Dr Pino Zoppini has extensive experience of architecture and sport going back over 50 years and specialises in the design of public sports facilities. He managed to combine his profession as an architect with his sport career as a swimmer. Pino has attended many Olympic Games in various capacities and designed a number of Olympic venues.
He has been a member of the IAKS since 1971 and of its Executive Board since 2001.
Since 1976, Dr Zoppini has been working as the editor-in-chief of the magazine “Impianti-sport-verde-ricreazione-piscine” and contributed hugely to the development of sports and leisure facilities in Italy.
